1. Cancellation by the Customer If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policies will apply:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.
15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Guide Morocco Travel In rare cases where we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:
A full refund of all payments made.
The option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.
3. Changes to Booking
Any modifications to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
If you request a change less than 15 days before departure, no refunds will be provided for unused services.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment processors will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as flight tickets, special event bookings, and last-minute deals are non-refundable.
Any third-party services provided as part of a package are subject to the supplier’s refund policy.
6. Force Majeure In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), Guide Morocco Travel reserves the right to offer rescheduling instead of refunds.
